2. Applicable Scenarios for Review
Sheba 360’s support management team may consider cancellations and potential refunds in the following situations, following an investigation:
Service Cancellation by Provider: If the Client has fully paid for a specific job or service, but the job was subsequently cancelled by the Service Provider due to unforeseen issues or unavailability.
Dispute within Warranty Period: If a job has been served and the customer has cleared the bill, but a valid dispute arises within the agreed-upon warranty period, leading to a decision for a partial or full refund.
Advance Payment Exceeding Service Cost: If the Client paid in advance for a service, but the actual cost of the service rendered was less than the amount paid.
3. Refund Process
In cases where a refund is deemed applicable by the Sheba 360 support management team:
Refund Method: The refund will typically be provided in the form of a Sheba 360 promo code, which can be used for availing future services on the platform. Any other applicable refund method shall be communicated to the customer in due time.
Disbursement Timeline: Refunds, subject to applicability, shall be disbursed within 7 to 15 business days from the date the refund request has been initiated and approved.
